This shipping policy describes how Lummerra, MB ''Stirnos Suolis'' handles the delivery of orders and related processes. This policy applies to all physical products, including natural candles, as well as any other orders for goods that you may place in our online store.
Order processing
We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
If the order includes services (e.g. numerological analysis), the delivery time may vary and will be indicated separately in the product description.
Delivery times
Orders within Lithuania are usually delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the courier/postal service.
International orders may take longer, from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
For services or individually customized products, the delivery time will be specified in the product description or in a separate confirmation email.

Shipping costs are determined based on the courier, order weight, and delivery location.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Special offers or free shipping above a certain order amount may be available and will be indicated on our website.

Couriers and Delivery Services

We use reliable courier and postal services (e.g., Omniva, Venipak, LP Express) to ensure safe delivery.
International orders are sent via Lithuanian Post.
The customer receives a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all EU countries, including Norway and Switzerland.

Information about shipments containing candles during the winter
During the cold season, candles may arrive very cold or hardened, this is a natural property of wax. Before burning, we recommend letting the candle stand at room temperature for 12-24 hours to allow the wax to adjust and regain its natural texture. This will help ensure an even burn and the best fragrance diffusion.

Information about shipments containing candles during the summer
On hot summer days, candles may soften during transportation, this is a natural property of wax. Upon receipt of the shipment, we recommend that the candle stand in a cool, room temperature place for 12-24 hours until the wax has fully hardened.
Before burning, make sure that the wax is smooth and hard, this will help ensure a safe and even burn.

Delivery Limitations

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to delays caused by third parties (couriers, postal services), holiday periods, or customs procedures.
The delivery address must be provided accurately; an incorrect address may cause delays.

Damaged or Lost Goods

If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us immediately by email at info.lummerra@gmail.com , so we can find a solution (replacement delivery or compensation).

Changes and Cancellations
​
Order changes or cancellations are possible only until the order has been shipped.
Service orders cannot be canceled, as they are prepared individually for you, except in cases where the service has not yet been started.
