This return policy sets out the terms under which Lummerra, MB ''Stirnos Suolis'' accepts returns and refunds for products or services purchased.
Physical goods
1.1 Right to return
The customer has the right to return physical goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.
The returned item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Without losing its commercial appearance
1.2 Return process

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or received incorrectly.
1.3 Refund
The money will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
The refund amount only includes the price of the item (shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise provided by law).
Damaged or incorrect goods
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
In this case:
- The item will be replaced with a new one or the money will be refunded (including shipping costs)
Digital Products
Digital products, including e-books, PDF files, and other downloadable digital content, are delivered electronically following successful payment.
By purchasing a digital product, the buyer agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that, once the provision of digital content has commenced, they waive their 14-day right of withdrawal. Consequently, once the digital product has been delivered to the buyer, the order cannot be cancelled, and the payment is non-refundable, except in cases prescribed by law.
If the digital product fails to open or download, if the wrong file is received, or if the product contains technical defects, please contact us at info.lummerra@gmail.com. We will first attempt to resolve the issue or provide a correct file. If this is not possible, a refund for the product may be issued.
Services and custom orders
Customized services, such as numerological analyses, are not refundable once the service has already begun.
The Customer understands and agrees that by placing an order for the service:
- Preparation may take from 1 week to 1 month
- The service is individual and personalized, therefore the right of withdrawal under EU consumer rights does not apply
Order cancellation
An order for a physical item can only be canceled before shipment.
A service order can only be canceled if the service has not yet started.
