This return policy sets out the terms under which Lummerra, MB ''Stirnos Suolis'' accepts returns and refunds for products or services purchased.

1.1 Right to return

The customer has the right to return physical goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

The returned item must be:

- Unused

- Unopened

- In original packaging

- Without losing its commercial appearance

1.2 Return process

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or received incorrectly.

1.3 Refund

The money will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The refund amount only includes the price of the item (shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise provided by law).

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

In this case:

- The item will be replaced with a new one or the money will be refunded (including shipping costs)

Services and custom orders

Customized services, such as numerological analyses, are not refundable once the service has already begun.

The Customer understands and agrees that by placing an order for the service:

- Preparation may take from 1 week to 1 month

- The service is individual and personalized, therefore the right of withdrawal under EU consumer rights does not apply

Order cancellation

An order for a physical item can only be canceled before shipment.

A service order can only be canceled if the service has not yet started.
